Grant was very helpful in every way. Answered all our questions and kept us abreast of any changes that came up. He negotiated on our behalf and we are very pleased that he was able get us into this home. We were so thankful that he coordinated the inspection process for us. Even after the sale he helped find a tree faller to remove a huge tree so we could have room to park our motorhome. Grant was professional and effective all the way.

Initially Grant connected me with an outstanding mortgage advisor, Ricky Guadarrama at Finance of America, to obtain preapproval and set a budget. Next, he worked tirelessly to find and show me homes that met my family's needs. Grant was patiently gracious when he answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make an offer or negotiate in a manner that was not in my best interest. Grant is an amazing person and realtor. His customer service and negotiating skills are on point and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Specifically, I was caught in the middle of purchasing a home where the seller was caught lying about their home. Grant patiently advised me on how I should move forward and ultimately we backed out of the purchase. This ended up being a blessing in disguise because the home we did end up buying was sooo much better. If you want to get the most out of your property and pay the least for your next, Grant is your next realtor.
